How to do Automatic Writing
Before you even get started set the “stage”
Find a comfortable and quiet space. Who wants interruptions when you’re having an intimate conversation with your angels?!
Imagine a light of protection on you and all around you. I pretend I’m in the center of a brilliant spotlight. God’s light is all over my space and only the good can exist.
Set your intentions. I desire for the truth to be revealed by my angels.
1. Write down that question
Simply write the question in your journal or on any piece of paper you can find.
Sit quietly and take a moment.
Close your eyes ….etc etc
3. Write whatever comes
Your intuition will have that pen moving across the page with an answer.
And if your intuition isn’t firing on all cylinders today, your angels are there to help.
Trust your intuition and angelic guidance.
Don’t overthink it!
Write whatever comes to you. Write everything. Write it all down.
Look over the answer. Find the message within the words. Sometimes it’s super straightforward – don’t take that job – and sometimes it needs interpreting – it’s a cloudy day. (Comment below how you’d interpret “it’s a cloudy day”)
Once you’ve tried auto writing, you’ll become more and more comfortable with it.
Plus you’ve always got the Fearless Formula for that extra reassurance that the answer you wrote down is the right one.
Have you used automatic handwriting before? Did the answer surprise you? Please comment below and share with me! I’d love to hear!
