Sage Cleansing Yourself
One of the best ways to clear your energy field is by sage cleansing yourself, or smudging yourself. It’s incredibly simple to do and can be done anytime you want.
Just like you take a shower to clean off dirt and grime, sage cleansing yourself clears away negativity and dirty energy.
Had a negative interaction with someone? Smudge yourself.
Bumming about plans that fell through? Smudge yourself.
Just in a funk for no apparent reason? Yep, smudge yo’self!
Smudging eliminates energetic blockages.
You don’t want to carry around the negativity of another.
You don’t want to energize your limiting thoughts.
You don’t want to be sluggish manifesting your dreams.
